for customized item, please send us your design file or any good idea and other special requirements.
- To be Quoted
Our sales executive will reply you no later than next business day. (9:00am to 18:00pm). He/She will discuss order detail with you by email, MSN, SKYPE or phone call.
Then the paper proof and the quotation file include the goods cost and shipping cost will be sent to you very soon.
After your confirmation, we will send you the pro-forma invoice with the term and conditions.
- Make Payments to Us
Make payment to us according to the pro-forma invoice.
- Mass Production
Once we got your payment, we will start to prepare your order and get products delivered as soon as possible.
- Delivery
We will send you the tracking number once we delivered or keep you informed the production status.

- SAMPLES
A few free samples are available for serious buyer, it is used for quality inspection only for new coming buyers. And the shipping cost should be paid by buyer only.

- LEAD-TIME
The order based on our stock, it will be shipped in 3 business days. or the order is customized items, generally it could be delivered in 12 calendar days upon the pre-production samples approval. it is included of the shape mold setup time.
- PAYMENT
T/T, Western Union, Wire transfer, Paypal and MoneyGram are acceptable all. and L/C at sight is available, that we will be listed in the pro-forma invoice as terms and conditions.
- DELIVERY
The goods will be shipped by Express, Air or Sea freight.

- CREDIT
We could not accept any credit payment till now, except special agreement between the buyers and us.
- RETURNS
To help keep your costs under control, we have a NO RETURN policy. A refund will be given for defective products claimed within 7 days of receipt of your order. Defective merchandise must be claimed in writing and returned to Reason International Ltd offices for inspection. Shipping charges are not refundable unless the item was defective or we shipped the wrong item. Prices subject to change without notice.
